At Course Dubai as Administrator you will be Organizing and indexing the finance shared folder for proper document management and accessibility.
Arranging and coordinating staff meetings, including scheduling, sending invitations, and preparing necessary materials.
Drafting meeting notes, minutes, and action items for accurate records and timely follow-up.
Raising purchase requisitions and processing them for approval.
Uploading and maintaining finance budgets in the EPM system for accuracy and compliance.
Updating and monitoring Finance KPIs in the Span system for timely reporting and alignment with department goals.
Following up on pending finance tasks to meet deadlines and resolve issues.
Preparing finance-related announcements in coordination with the Media team, such as updates on petty cash, budget cycles, etc.
Maintaining the Finance calendar, tracking deadlines and key tasks for each section, and facilitating follow-up.
Managing GIA & FAA coordination for effective communication and timely task completion.
Handling ISR assignments with proper documentation and adherence to processes.
Performing other related administrative duties as required, including support for special finance projects and ad-hoc requests.

Required Criteria:
Bachelor degree certificate
2+ years UAE experience in similar role
Strong organizational skills
