Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure network infrastructure across all group entities
Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent) and network devices
Administer Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, licenses, and access controls
Monitor network health, proactively identify vulnerabilities, and remediate security risks
Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for network and M365 environments
Conduct regular system health checks, performance tuning, and infrastructure audits
Maintain accurate and up-to-date network diagrams, configurations, and technical documentation
Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and senior stakeholders on IT projects
Research and recommend emerging technologies to optimize system efficiency and business continuity

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
3–5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering and administration
Strong proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and network security protocols
Demonstrated experience managing Microsoft 365 tenants, security policies, and compliance settings
Proficiency in configuring Cisco, Juniper, or similar enterprise-grade hardware
Relevant certifications: CCNA, CCNP, or Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert preferred
Experience with Azure or hybrid cloud environments and PowerShell scripting is an advantage
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; English proficiency required
