Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and quality assurance of real estate technology platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and property consultants
- Analyse systems and processes to identify improvements and optimise performance
- Produce high-quality media content, technical documentation, or software outputs as per your role
- Maintain compliance with company standards, data security protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in agile development cycles, sprint planning, and product reviews
Requirements
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Real Estate, Media, or a related field
- Proven experience in your specific discipline (QA, development, AI/ML, video production, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- UAE or GCC experience is a plus for most roles
