This role will focus on HR Business Partnering to support various departments and brands, aligning human capital strategy with business objectives to drive company performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in recruitment, performance management, stakeholder engagement, and employee relations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of HR experience in business partnering within a retail or similar fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in HRIS systems and data analytics.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
