DAR BIM is seeking an experienced BIM Manager – Architect to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time on-site role. The BIM Manager – Architect will be responsible for providing implementation and management support for projects related to Building Information Modelling (BIM). The individual will also work closely with project leads, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop BIM standards, processes, and workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in BIM implementation, management, and coordination
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM software
Ability to create and implement BIM standards, processes, and workflows
Experience with clash detection, 4D and 5D BIM, and visualisation tools
Familiarity with international BIM standards (e.g. ISO 19650, BS/PAS 1192)
Excellent leadership and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders
Experience in construction documentation production, including coordinating with consultants, specifiers, and building officials
Experience in using BIM for FM and Asset Management (AM) is an advantage
Ability to learn and embrace new technologies, tools and techniques for continuous process improvement
