Alutal Aluminium & Glass is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to support and oversee construction activities across ongoing projects in Dubai. The role involves ensuring that site operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with approved designs, quality requirements, and project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is completed according to project specifications.
Review engineering drawings, technical documents, and project requirements before execution.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site personnel to maintain smooth project progress.
Monitor construction schedules and track project milestones.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance are maintained.
Prepare project progress reports and update stakeholders on site developments.
Manage workforce allocation, material usage, and equipment requirements.
Resolve technical challenges and support effective project execution.
Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to planning and coordination efforts.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE construction sector.
Strong understanding of site management, construction techniques, and project coordination.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and safety standards.
Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software is beneficial.
Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
Immediate joiners will have an advantage.
