We are looking for a part-time Client Coordinator to serve as the main point of contact between our clients and the design team. In this role, you will manage communications, ensure clients’ feedback and requirements are conveyed clearly to the design team, and help coordinate internal processes to keep projects running smoothly. This is a highly communicative and organizational role, perfect for someone with strong interpersonal skills and experience in a creative or marketing agency.

Requirements:
Experience in a creative or marketing agency (preferred but not essential).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to listen and interpret client feedback, and communicate effectively with the design team.
Familiarity with using email, virtual meeting platforms, and project management tools (experience with Asana is a plus).
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
