This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Director Talent Acquisition. The Director Talent Acquisition will be responsible for collaborating with executives to create strategic workforce plans, overseeing full-life cycle recruiting, establishing and executing employer branding initiatives, and driving global talent acquisition efforts.

Qualifications

Experience in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring practices
Proficiency in establishing and executing employer branding initiatives
Expertise in workforce planning and talent acquisition consulting
Global talent acquisition experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and project management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with executive leaders and HR professionals
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or equivalent experience in talent acquisition is desirable.
15+ years in a similar role
Must have construction and Project management exposure
UAE experience essential
