Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
4–8 years of experience in façade coordination, façade engineering, or construction projects with property developers, consultants, or contractors
Proven experience in high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments
In-depth knowledge of curtain wall, cladding, glazing, and façade systems
Familiarity with UAE/GCC building regulations and authority approval processes (preferred)

Skills Required

Strong understanding of façade systems, materials, and construction methodologies
Ability to review façade shop drawings, technical submittals, and mock-up details
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and project coordination software
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
Good knowledge of QA/QC standards, safety requirements, and façade installation practices
Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across different project teams
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Understanding of sustainable façade systems and green building standards (an advantage)
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced property development environments
