This full-time role is an on-site position located in Dubai for a Fit-out Foreman/Supervisor. The Fit-out Foreman/Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of fit-out projects, including coordinating with onsite teams, managing subcontractors, scheduling, and ensuring work is completed on budget and within schedule.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience in fit-out and interior design projects
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Proven experience in leading and managing teams of fit-out professionals
Excellent knowledge of the latest Fit-out techniques, tools, and materials
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues of all levels
Ability to read and understand drawings and blueprints
Valid UAE Driver’s License
