Work closely with senior leadership to define the HR transformation strategy, aligning it with the organization’s long-term business goals. Identify opportunities for HR process optimization, technology integration, and other transformative initiatives.
Lead and manage end-to-end HR transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Define project goals, objectives, tasks, and resource requirements. Mitigate risks and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Evaluate existing HR processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Design and implement streamlined and standardized HR processes that align with best practices and enhance overall efficiency.
Drive the selection, implementation, and integration of HR technologies, such as HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other relevant tools. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of new systems.
Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new HR processes and technologies. Communicate changes effectively, manage resistance, and monitor the impact of transformation initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, business partners, and cross-functional teams to understand their needs and align transformation efforts with organizational objectives. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure their needs are met.
Utilize data analytics to extract insights from HR data and provide data-driven recommendations to guide decision-making.

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HR transformation, process improvement, or related roles.
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
HR Transformation Expertise: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing HR transformation initiatives, including process redesign, technology integration, and organizational change efforts.
Project Leadership: Proven track record of leading and successfully delivering complex HR transformation projects from inception to completion.
HR Process Optimization: Expertise in analysing and optimizing HR processes for efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness. Prior experience in driving process standardization is valuable.
Change Management Leadership: Comprehensive understanding of change management principles and experience in leading teams through organizational changes and technology implementations.
HR Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in HR technology solutions, with hands-on experience in the implementation and integration of HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other relevant systems.
