Dubai. The Rewards Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing innovative reward programs and strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent across the organization, with a specific focus on the MEATI region ( Middle East, Africa, Turkey, and India ). Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Rewards in Singapore, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our global rewards strategy and ensuring its alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification in compensation and benefits is preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in rewards management, with a clear track record of success in developing and delivering effective reward programs.
Kknowledge of global rewards principles and practices, including compensation structures, incentive plans, and recognition programs.
Experience in managing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies in a multi-national company, preferably in the hospitality or related industry.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across regions.
Strong analytical & critical thinking skills, ability to interpret and produce high quality, accurate information, and data insights.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Results oriented, strong interpersonal skills, team player who can function effectively and independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Ability to work with ambiguity and operate with integrity and tact when handling highly confidential information.
Proficient in Workday, MS Office, database applications.
