Seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our growing dermatology and aesthetic medicine company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Gulf markets and a strong understanding of dermatology, aesthetics, and medical marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and execute marketing campaigns for dermatology and aesthetic products (injectables, devices, skincare).
– Support brand launches, events, workshops, congresses, and doctor-focused activities.
– Coordinate with sales, medical, and external agencies to ensure aligned marketing execution.
– Develop marketing materials (presentations, brochures, digital content, social media assets).
– Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance.
– Manage digital marketing initiatives and support social media strategy where required.
– Ensure brand consistency and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in the Gulf region (UAE experience is a strong plus).
– Preferred experience in dermatology, aesthetics, or medical devices.
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
– Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
– Proficiency in MS Office; experience with digital marketing tools is an advantage.
– English is required; Arabic is a plus.
