Medical Representative Job in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain – MedWing
MedWing UAE is currently seeking an experienced Medical Representative specializing in Anesthesia and Nutrition products to join its expanding healthcare team. The ideal candidate should possess strong pharmaceutical sales knowledge, relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to drive sales growth within the UAE healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Anesthesia and Nutrition products to private hospitals and healthcare institutions
- Meet with doctors, pharmacists, procurement teams, technicians, and healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers
- Achieve sales targets and manage territory sales performance
- Organize educational and product training activities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order delivery
- Prepare field reports and sales activity updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Science, Pharmacy, or related field
- 2–3 years of UAE experience as a Medical Representative
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and sales procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage the sales cycle from planning to closing
Preferred Candidates
- Currently residing in the UAE
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- Any nationality may apply
- Arabic language knowledge is preferred
