We are searching for a vibrant Night Supervisor in the Front Office. This position involves overseeing the front desk operations, managing guest inquiries and requests, ensuring guest satisfaction, and addressing any issues that may arise during the night shift. The Night Supervisor is responsible for maintaining security, managing staff, and handling administrative tasks during non-peak hours.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality management is a plus.
3 years’ experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related professional area of 5 star hotel, or 2 year Night Experience.
Familiar with Opera system and hotel night operation as per UAE regulation.
Assists in the response and resolution of all guest issues received.
Works with the leadership team of the property to identify and implement action plans to prevent the reoccurrence of guest issues.
Keeps employees informed regarding new operational procedures, standards, or programs; Assists in handling employee performance issues.
