RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Accountable for after sales revenue across UAE market.
· Generating new leads along with maintain existing accounts.

· Providing yearly service contracts (AMC) to customers and monitoring breakup cost with respect to actual; participating in Service Level Agreements (SLA) for the service and monitoring Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for the ongoing service contracts.
· Advising customers of product related information.
· Liaising with senior management, in house legal and operations team to finalize the Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
· Submitting reports to Manager – Product Support (Service)
· Create Lost order analysis.
· Conduct customer feedback survey as and when required.
· Participating in tenders.
· Co-ordinating onsite training programs.
· Supporting the product support department with online registrations and issues involved in day-to-day operations.
· Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
Qusalification: Degree/ Diploma in Engineering
