This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist. French & Arabic Speaker at Bellaviso Medical Center located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, checking-in patients, verifying insurance information, getting the patients reviews, upselling & Cross Selling, and ensuring that our patients feel welcome and comfortable during their visit. Additionally, the Receptionist will be responsible for handling and responding to emails and other correspondence, as well as performing other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications
Fluent in French and Arabic (spoken and written)
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is a plus
