Senior Sales Engineer | Al Dhia Human Resource Consultants Dubai: We are looking for a high-performing Sales Engineer to meet the customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Senior Sales Engineer Responsibilities
- Generate leads and develop sales pipelines through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
- Checking the customer portals for enquiries
- Coordinate with manufacturer for the requirements
- Involve management right time to secure the project when required
- Book the orders by following the procurement process
- Manages the day-to-day administrative tasks of the service sales department, including managing customer correspondence, and preparing sales reports.
- Coordinates sales activities and ensures timely delivery of sales materials and proposals.
- Provides excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Prepare sales presentations, sample boards and proposals.
- Coordinates with other departments (e.g., production, shipping) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data – CRM.
- Regular check on Ventures Online to identify leads for salespeople.
- Keep updated the sales pipeline and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Candidate should have minimum 08 – 10 years of experience in sales service
- Proficiency in relevant software applications (CRM, ERP, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
