The Site Engineer Inspector will assist the Project Managers / Resident Engineers in administering the operational functions of the day-to-day activities on the project. The Civil Inspector will participate in review and approval of all submittals by the Contractors and involves in the quality control and quality assurance.
Under the supervision of the Project Managers / Resident Engineer, performs routine inspection monitoring tasks to confirm if proper construction supervision is being performed by others. Inspects various facets of work on the construction site and performs continuous surveillance of assigned construction activities to ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and specifications. Document non-conformance and may participate in determining appropriate resolution.

REQUIREMENT:

Bachelor Degree Holder (Civil).
Minimum 3 years UAE working experience of residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments projects in Consultancy firm.
Technical competence and strong technical background.
Strong personality and good leadership skills.
With valid UAE Driver’s License
Arabic Speaker
