This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at HASA Holding in Dubai. The Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, preparing and cooking meals, supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety, and contributing to menu planning and development.

Qualifications

Culinary Arts, Food Safety, and Menu Planning skills
Experience in kitchen operations and meal preparation
Staff supervision and leadership skills
Knowledge of food quality standards and safety regulations
Creativity in culinary techniques and menu development
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
