BRITISH veterinary hospital is located in Jumeirah 3, Dubai, UAE. We also have a second location, marina VET clinic located in Dubai Marina.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Veterinary Receptionist at the Jumeirah 3 location in Dubai. The Veterinary Receptionist will be responsible for answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, greeting clients and pets, processing payments, and providing client education on pet care.

Qualifications

Animal Care skills, including knowledge of animal behavior and basic medical terminology
Appointment Scheduling skills, including attention to detail and ability to manage a busy schedule
Client Education skills, including ability to provide clear and accurate information on pet care
Phone Etiquette skills, including professional and friendly communication
Excellent Communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively with clients, veterinarians, and other staff members
Prior experience as a Veterinary Receptionist is highly preferred
Fluency in English is required,
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
