We are looking for a VP of AI Engineering and Research with technical skills in Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP), as well as a focus on AI solution research and innovation responsibilities.

Key Skills and Qualifications required:

Must have Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Sciences or Information Technology.
Must have proven experience of 10+ years of in the Technology Innovation domain with 2-4 years in Artificial Intelligence in developing SaaS products.
In-depth understanding of ML algorithms, including hands-on experience in model development and training.
Expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Proficient in implementing and fine-tuning NLP techniques for various applications.
Familiarity with popular NLP libraries like NLTK or spaCy.
Strong programming skills with a focus on solution design.
Experience in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable AI solutions.
Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with large datasets.
Ensuring data quality and integrity in AI applications.
Hands-on experience with model deployment and integration into production systems.
Knowledge of containerization and deployment tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Proven ability to think creatively and drive innovation in AI solutions.
Track record of implementing novel approaches to solve challenging problems.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for scalable and efficient AI implementations.
