The research conducted by LinkedIn reveals a noteworthy trend in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) among professionals. Approximately two-thirds of these professionals anticipate substantial alterations in their work patterns due to AI within the upcoming year. Surprisingly, over 50% of them express a strong desire to enhance their knowledge about AI but feel uncertain about where to initiate their learning journey.
The data further highlights a potential gap in AI education provided by employers, with only 30% of respondents reporting that their employers have offered any formal training in AI. This indicates a significant opportunity for organizations to address the growing interest in AI among their workforce by providing accessible training and resources to help bridge this knowledge gap.
