This is a full-time on-site role for a Beauty Advisor located in Dubai. The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for providing expert advice on cosmetics and skincare products, maintaining excellent customer service, and driving retail sales. They will also need to possess in-depth product knowledge of cosmetics and skincare products, staying up-to-date on industry trends, and delivering personalized skincare consultations that align with clients’ unique needs.

Qualifications

Strong Cosmetology skills and an ability to perform basic skin analyses.
Product Knowledge of skincare products, including ingredients and benefits, and experience in recommending and matching products to skin types.
Proven ability in delivering excellent Customer Service experience, both in-person and over the phone, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Previous experience in Retail Sales of cosmetics and skincare
Experience conducting skin care consultations and analysis
Bachelor’s Degree in Cosmetology, Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field is preferred
Fluent in English and Arabic
