As Billing Specialist at Jet Aviation, you will be responsible for project preparation and billing processes. Furthermore, you provide information to the Project Manager on time and take care of the OEM warranty claims and Special Programs.
As Jet Aviation’s Billing Specialist your actions have to be in line with the organization’s Vision and Strategy. You will be collaborating closely with various stakeholders throughout the company to ensure that our processes and procedures of invoicing are fully respected, all our commercial documents are globally aligned, executed effectively and in-line with customer contracts.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, diploma or equivalent
Strong track-record in managing customer expectations in a matrixed organization
Understanding of the aerospace industry, OEMs, and the regulatory framework is beneficial
Understanding of Billing & Quotations procedures
Good knowledge MS Office (Excel, Word)
Two years’ experience in Billing in a similar environment or role
Good communication skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken); any other language is a plus
