Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Willingness to travel as needed.
