This is a full-time remote or on-site role for a Business Development Manager at GTCFX located in UAE, Turkey, and Iran. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies with Master IBs, IBS, and potential clients, and contributing to the overall business expansion.

Qualifications
Persian/Farsi language is a must.
Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills with a minimum 2 years of experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Market research and analysis abilities
Experience in developing and implementing growth strategies
Knowledge of financial markets and trading products
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Fluency in English languages
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
