Requirements:
3+ years of experience in the crypto industry.
Background in exchange product operations is highly preferred.
Familiarity with fiat currency on/off ramp processes is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Proven track record of delivering results and managing projects in crypto space. Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory.
Self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
