We are looking for a highly motivated individual to help support building up our Digital Reseller (B2B2C) Channel in Indonesia. S/he should be a passionate, driven and results-oriented individual who is comfortable in a VUCA environment, be innovative in thinking and comfortable working independently without much supervision.This person will be expected to support the Digital Reseller Channel’s sales, customer service operation, and marketing.
Reporting to Indonesia Team’s Growth Lead and working directly with the various cross function teams, you will be focused on acquiring online resellers and servicing current partners. You will take strong ownership on the Digital Reseller’s acquisition funnels, reseller sales & service line, and marketing campaigns. S/He will work very closely with Product, Marketing, Design and Commercial team as well as with our external partners to drive our growth objectives.
S/he will be expected to perform weekly virtual infosession to resellers and manage their end to end onboarding process.
This person will respond to reseller’s questions, expedite the resolution of problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction for reseller retention. S/He will also manage and execute end to end monthly marketing campaigns to drive the Digital Reseller Channel’s growth in Indonesia.
This is a minimum 6 months internship

Comfortable with public speaking and doing online presentation with Microsoft Powerpoint
Comfort with high levels of activity and a fast-paced environment
Able to speak in both Bahasa Indonesia and English fluently
