Arabian Gulf Steel Industries LLC (AGSI) is a state of the art steel billet manufacturing facility with an annual production capacity of 400,000 tons. The plant represents the biggest stand-alone billet manufacturing unit in the UAE. The majority of AGSI’s manufacturing equipment was procured from leading and renowned steel equipment suppliers such as Inductoterm-USA and Danieli-Italy. The detailed engineering for the steel melt shop was prepared by Danieli-Italy.

You will be responsible for managing the administrative and organizational aspects of the executive’s office while also assisting with personal tasks and activities. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from managing schedules and communications to handling confidential information and providing personalized support to the executive.

Key Qualifications & Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as an executive assistant
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in using office software and applications (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
