As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial activities of our company, supporting our global business in FX/CFD/Crypto trading and payment industries. You will work closely with Senior Management to establish and maintain a robust governance and risk management framework. You will be responsible for ensuring that financial operations are efficient, compliant, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional accountancy qualification from ACCA, CIMA, or other relevant associations.
Minimum of 3 years of post-qualified experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial industry or cryptocurrency.
Knowledge of FinTech, blockchain, and cryptocurrency preferred.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
Proficiency in financial software and systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Strong Excel skills, with the ability to handle large amounts of data and compile detailed reports.
Some experience in people management/development.
Ability to manage projects.
Chinese speaker.
