Understanding of most food ingredients when used in application
Understanding of multiple Givaudan food applications processes
Knowledge of most of our customers’ products and their production processes
5+ years of flavour experience
Demonstrate tasting skills and can describe the flavour profile of the product and provide direction to flavourists for flavour modifications
3+ years of experience with the most common flavour reactions/interactions in common food products
A basic understanding of project management
Hold technical discussions internally
