Someone who can take the lead in R&D, Menu development in Bakery and Pastry departments to ensure that the highest quality is maintained in the Central Kitchen. The Head Chef needs to be someone who can be involved in constant innovations and is in line with new market trends and developments.

Min of 5-6 years of experience in a 5-star Hotel or High end restaurant.

Excellent Management & Communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks with eye for detail.

Experience and creativity in product Research and development.
