This position entails the global responsibility for defining the development, go-to-market, and delivery strategy of integrated digital solutions for the EAD (Electrification, Automation and Digitalization) business.

A bachelor’s degree in engineering or IT or other relevant subject area.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in software architecture, industrial processes, and operation management within the Energy Industry market.
An understanding of complex rid and control software solutions
Industry knowledge in chemicals or process industries
You love leading and connecting people, transforming cultures, and shifting businesses into new growth fields.
You have a track record in building dedicated teams, and you find lean solutions to complex challenges leading to the best result for our company as a whole.
