This is a full-time on-site role as Head of Sales & Leasing at KAIZEN Asset Management Services. The Head of Sales & Leasing will be responsible for managing the sales & leasing team, overseeing account management, developing the sales and leasing strategy, and maintaining sales and leasing records.

Qualifications
Analytical Skills: ability to analyze market data and identify trends
Sales: experience in sales and prospecting
Team Management: ability to lead a sales team and delegate responsibilities
Sales Management: experience in managing sales pipelines and forecasting revenue
Account Management: ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients
Leasing experience in residential, commercial, and retail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in real estate is a must.
