This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Manager. The Mortgage Manager will be responsible for the daily management of mortgage operations, overseeing loan origination, mortgage lending, mortgage marketing and finance-related activities. Overall aim would be to drive productivity by optimizing operations and efficiently managing the lender pipeline.

Qualifications

Expertise and knowledge of mortgage industry practices, and regulations
Experience in Mortgage Marketing and Finance-related activities
Proven track record in Loan Origination and Mortgage Lending
Excellent management and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and cross-functional team collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently within tight deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Professional certification in Mortgage industry is a plus
