Ideal candidates will demonstrate a successful Broking background in Dry Cargo ship broking. You will be personable, tenacious and a natural networker, having a proactive approach to generating leads and securing new business.

Demonstrate successful track record of Dry Cargo shipbroking
Strong client focus; personable and engaging building relationships and networks wherever possible
Good understanding of Dry Cargo markets – essential
Experience in Handymax / Supramax or Panamax vessels – essential
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues combined with excellent negotiation skills
Tenacious and thrives in a pressurised environment
Naturally team oriented; works well with others and diverse groups / personalities
Excellent attention to detail; strong analytical and numeracy skills
Travel and attending client social events
