Central Hotel is seeking a highly organized Property Accounts & Administration Coordinator to support property management and financial administration activities. The role is ideal for professionals who can effectively coordinate administrative tasks while assisting with receivables, account monitoring, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day property administration and coordination activities.
- Support receivables management, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliation processes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property operations.
- Coordinate with tenants, internal departments, and external stakeholders when required.
- Prepare reports and administrative documents using Microsoft Office applications.
Candidate Requirements
- 2โ5 years of experience in administration, property management, receivables, or a related field.
- Experience within the property management or real estate sector is essential.
- Good understanding of collections, receivables management, and account reconciliation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
