Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience in sales, particularly in the awards industry
Ability to provide training to sales teams
Proven sales management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Fluency in English.
Knowledge of the handcrafting industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
