This is an on-site contract role located in Dubai for an SAP Employee Central Consultant. The SAP Employee Central Consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to support SAP SuccessFactors projects and will be responsible for providing technical guidance utilizing Employee Central, Payroll, and Benefits (EC Payroll) in SAP’s Cloud Human Capital Management suite,SAP SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll in a consulting or implementation capacity
Experience with methodology and tools to support the entire project life-cycle from needs analysis and design to deployment and post-implementation support and minimum should have been into 3 Implementation projects
Demonstrated experience with the configuration of Employee Central, Payroll, and Benefits (EC Payroll)
Strong ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and solve technical issues within SAP SuccessFactors including but not limited to payroll issues, policies and procedures, data integration errors
Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and project teams, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Prior experience working with multinational companies in different industries is a plus
Apart from the technical domain, excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-obsessed mindset are also important for success in this role
