We are looking to hire a Senior Architect who will be responsible ensuring the successful execution of design concepts and strategies across all property development projects. This role involves overseeing the design process with appointed consultants and specialists from the concept stage through to the completion of tender packages for our client based in Dubai which is one of the largest companies in the region.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
Professional certification in Architecture or Design Management.
10-15 years of experience in design and project management within the property development industry.
LEED Certification or equivalent sustainability certification.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Advanced knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM).
In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes.
Strong project management skills, including budget and timeline management.
Extensive experience with residential buildings, villas, and master planning with a Grade A consultant or reputable Real Estate Developer.
Experience with high-end residential and mixed-use developments.
