Market Securities is actively seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Relationship Manager to join our Dubai team. This pivotal role focuses on building and sustaining strong relationships with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) and institutional clients, providing them with tailored investment and brokerage solutions.

Qualifications and Experience:
Significant experience in relationship management with UHNWI and institutional clients, ideally within private banking, wealth management, or investment brokerage.
Proven track record of managing a client portfolio with assets of at least USD 300 million, with an ability to generate USD 60 million in new assets within the first three months.
Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills, with expertise in structured financial products and multi-asset brokerage services.
High attention to compliance and due diligence, with a commitment to meeting Market Securities’ regulatory standards.
An entrepreneurial approach with a readiness to share responsibilities and align with performance-based compensation.
Proficiency in English is essential, with additional fluency in French or/and Russian considered a significant advantage.
