Aujan Interior Decoration is looking for experienced professionals to join its growing team for interior fit-out projects across the UAE. Opportunities are available for Site Supervisors, Site Engineers, and Project Engineers with strong expertise in delivering high-quality commercial and residential fit-out works.
Job Requirements
- Prior UAE experience in interior fit-out projects is mandatory.
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience in the UAE fit-out industry.
- Solid understanding of interior fit-out works, joinery, HVAC systems, and MEP coordination.
- Ability to independently manage site operations from project initiation through final completion and handover.
- Candidates must currently reside in the UAE.
- Immediate availability or a notice period of up to one month is preferred.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor quality, safety, and project timelines.
- Ensure smooth execution of fit-out activities and timely project delivery.
