1) HSE Officer:
2–5 years of HSE experience
NEBOSH / IOSH certification (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of site safety practices and UAE regulations
2) QA/QC Engineer:
5–8 years of QA/QC experience
Background in Civil Engineering / Architecture
Strong knowledge of inspections, documentation, and quality standards
3) Cost Control Engineer:
4–8 years of experience in cost control
Degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field
Experience in budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting

4) Quantity Surveyor
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Experience Required: Minimum 6 years (Building Construction)
Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
– Evaluate contractor bids and negotiate contract terms
– Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports
– Handle variations, claims, and final accounts
– Ensure cost control and value engineering throughout project lifecycle
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
– Minimum 6 years’ experience in building construction projects
– Strong knowledge of contract administration and cost management
– Proficiency in relevant QS software and MS Office
5) Planning Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Experience Required: Minimum 6 years (Building Construction)
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent
– Monitor project progress and prepare delay analysis reports
– Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution
– Prepare look-ahead programs and progress reports
– Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
– Minimum 6 years’ experience in building construction projects
– Strong expertise in planning and scheduling tools (Primavera P6 preferred)
– Good understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing
Note:
– Only candidates with building construction experience will be considered
– Infrastructure and fit-out experience will not be considered
