Job Description

Dubai’s automotive industry is one of the most competitive and fast-paced sectors in the UAE, demanding a Human Resources leader who can match its energy and complexity. Auto Ak7, a well-established automotive and car sales business in Dubai, is seeking a seasoned HR Manager with a minimum of five years of UAE HR leadership experience, preferably within the automotive sector. This is a senior, high-responsibility position requiring total ownership of HR operations for a workforce of 200+ employees, including all visa, immigration, recruitment, and compliance functions. If you have the discipline, experience, and drive to manage a large and dynamic team, this is an exceptional opportunity with a premium remuneration package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all HR operations for a workforce of 200+ employees across the automotive business
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, screening, onboarding, and induction processes to source the right talent
  • Process and manage employee visas, work permits, and labour cards through MOHRE and immigration authorities without delays
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and company HR policies
  • Administer payroll coordination, benefits, leave management, and employee compensation structures
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary procedures, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally
  • Prepare comprehensive HR reports and operational updates for direct reporting to the Company Director
  • Manage PRO functions including labour, visa, and immigration documentation
  • Promote a professional, positive, and high-performance workplace culture aligned with business objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of HR management experience in the UAE, with automotive/car sales industry background strongly preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE processes, immigration procedures, and PRO functions
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a workforce of 200+ employees across multiple functions
  • Strong visa processing, labour card, and immigration management capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict management skills
  • Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are advantageous
