Drive Fit Rent a Car, a growing automotive services company based in Dubai, is urgently recruiting an experienced Patrolling Security Supervisor to oversee security personnel, monitor patrol routes, and maintain the highest standards of site safety across its operational locations in Dubai. This is a hands-on field supervisory role ideal for a disciplined, physically fit professional who has proven their ability to manage security teams and respond swiftly to on-ground challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage deployed patrolling security guards across multiple assigned sites in Dubai
• Plan and implement patrol schedules, guard deployment rosters, and inspection checklists
• Monitor guard attendance, performance, conduct, and professional appearance at all times
• Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, and client complaints
• Prepare and submit accurate daily occurrence reports and incident documentation
• Ensure all security personnel strictly adhere to company protocols, UAE security regulations, and site-specific procedures
• Coordinate with site management and clients regarding daily security operations and special requirements
• Conduct training sessions for security staff on emergency response, fire safety, and professional conduct
• Maintain high levels of discipline, professionalism, and operational efficiency across all sites

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Security Supervisor or Patrolling Supervisor within the UAE
• Valid SIRA Supervisor Certificate is mandatory – candidates without this will not be considered
• Valid UAE Driving License is required for patrol vehicle operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse security teams
• Sound knowledge of UAE security procedures, emergency response protocols, and incident reporting
• Willingness and physical fitness to work flexible shifts including night duty, weekends, and public holidays
• Previous experience in facility management or automotive industry security is highly advantageous
