Luxland Landscaping LLC, a growing landscaping and outdoor solutions company based in Dubai, is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Draftsman to join their technical team.
This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional with hands-on experience in Civil and MEP drafting within the UAE, particularly in landscaping, pool, and irrigation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, develop, and revise technical drawings in line with project specifications and client requirements
- Produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings for ongoing projects
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Teams to ensure drawing accuracy
- Support construction and MEP teams with precise and up-to-date technical documentation
- Ensure all drawings meet project standards, codes, and client expectations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Civil and MEP drafting
- Strong knowledge of swimming pools, water features, irrigation systems, piping networks, and landscaping works
- Ability to prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings independently
- Familiarity with site execution requirements and multi-discipline project coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software
- Prior UAE experience is preferred
