Al Nasiya General Contracting, a reputable organisation in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is urgently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

Job Position – Quantity Surveyor

Company Name – Al Nasiya General Contracting

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
-Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration.
-Experience in preparing BOQs (Bills of Quantities), tender documents, and project cost reports.
-Ability to evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate costs.
-Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and UAE market rates.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
-Experience with AutoCAD, PlanSwift, CostX, or similar quantity surveying software is an advantage.
-Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and construction contract management.
-Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-UAE construction experience is preferred
-Currently based in UAE
-With valid Driving License
