Hiring a strategic and business-driven for a leading UAE-based organization in the Wholesale / FMCG / Retail Distribution / Trading Operations sector.
Location: UAE
Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 10,000 per month
Preferred: Male Candidate
Key Requirements:
-7–10 years of HR experience
-Strong background in wholesale, FMCG, retail distribution, trading, supermarket, foodstuff, logistics, or manpower-based operations
-UAE HR experience preferred
-Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law & HR compliance
-Experience in manpower planning, restructuring, HR strategy, performance management, and process improvement
-Ability to work closely with senior management and influence business-level decisions
