Arakkal Gold is seeking a customer-focused and energetic Retail Sales Executive to join its growing jewellery retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, driving sales performance, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily store operations while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their preferences, needs, and purchase requirements.
• Present jewellery collections and product options to assist customers in making informed buying decisions.
• Prepare quotations, estimates, and process sales transactions accurately.
• Achieve assigned sales targets across designated product categories.
• Maintain accurate records of daily stock movement, including opening and closing inventory counts.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment requirements to ensure product availability.
• Report sold items promptly for stock replacement and inventory planning.
• Identify slow-moving products and work closely with store management to improve stock turnover.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively while maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Safeguard jewellery inventory by following security procedures and immediately reporting any suspicious activity.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally while providing effective solutions.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, marketing initiatives, and customer outreach activities.
• Generate referrals and assist in attracting potential customers to the store.
• Follow operational guidelines and contribute to cost-control initiatives.
• Develop positive relationships with industry contacts and support continuous improvement of store operations.
